Our modern lifestyles have provided us with an infinite number of choices of how to live which includes what and how to eat.

If you’re a typical American you probably eat mostly processed foods, fast foods which have been exposed to numerous chemicals.

You also may eat very few vegetables and mostly as side dishes.

Over time you may feel less energetic, depressed, stressed and generally lousy.

Before accepting these conditions as your destiny, have a complete physical done and speak candidly with your physician regarding your concerns.

The next step is to make small but important lifestyle changes that will ultimately improve your health and your life.

My simple formula for improved health is to eat a plant-based diet, drink 3–4 liters of water daily, avoid snacking, fast intermittently, exercise on most days, meditate, and spend time with people who make you laugh and feel loved.

Don’t forget to do something fun even if it seems silly.

Life is short. Enjoy every moment.

Live well!
